Job summary

GreenTree Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing South Florida team in Pompano Beach.

You will inspect, diagnose, and service HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units, and you will work with clients to explain repairs and provide cost estimates. The ideal candidate has proven HVAC experience, a valid license or certification, and strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Valid HVAC license or certification.
• Strong knowledge of heating and cooling systems, as well as electrical and mechanical components.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC service and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems, identifying and diagnosing issues accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on heating and cooling equipment.
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
