Job summary

Blue Sky Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair a range of residential and light commercial equipment. You will work on units including air conditioning, heat pumps, furnaces, ductless systems, and more, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
• EPA Certification required.
• Must pass drug test & background check.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Be on time for assigned shift and work entire shift as scheduled.
• Manage daily jobs and time efficiently.
• Check in with client at start and end of each task and obtain signatures.
• Process payments promptly as required.
• Input all materials used into Service Titan.
• Coordinate with dispatcher or supervisor as needed.
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout service visit.
• Maintain organized workspace and vehicle.
• Maintain vehicle, inventory, and fleet communications.
• Follow company policies and safety rules including MO‑OSHA requirements.
