Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment across residential, commercial, or refrigeration settings.
• Present clear findings and options to customers to ensure satisfaction and trust.
• Maintain truck inventory and keep service vehicle organized and clean.
• Coordinate with office for dispatch and provide updates after each service call.
• Represent Nero with professionalism and care in every home or business you serve.
