Edelman, Inc. in Beloit, WI is seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician Rockstar to work independently on residential HVAC, electrical and plumbing tasks. You’ll own your calls, run your day, and represent a World Class organization.

You bring at least 6 months HVAC experience, a valid driver's license, EPA certification or plan to obtain it, and a safety‑focused, can‑do attitude. Training is ongoing and you’ll be judged by performance goals and quality checks.

Your Daily Mission:

• The On‑Site Expert: Work independently to provide high-quality maintenance on residential HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Customer Education: Inform customers about their system’s health and the value of our maintenance agreements and enhancements.
• Continuous Improvement: Track your progress with dispatch, nail your service forms, and work toward the goals that move you to Level 3 and beyond.
