Job summary

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is growing and locally-owned, providing residential HVAC services across NJ, PA and DE. As part of our HVAC team, you will service and repair systems in customers’ homes, applying our training to diagnose and fix issues.

We offer an hourly rate of $30–$45, plus commissions and bonuses, with no on-call requirements and a $6,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include 4-day work weeks, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years HVAC experience
• Must possess a valid Driver's License
• EPA Certification required
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and team contribution

Responsibilities

• Provide service and repairs to residential clients in their homes
• Utilize company training to diagnose and fix HVAC issues
• Maintain clean, stocked trucks and tools
