Job summary

Gold Medal is seeking an HVAC Service Technician who can diagnose, repair and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service with clear communication and professionalism.

You’ll work full-time year-round with no on-call shifts and pick from multiple shift options. We offer top pay up to $55+/hour with incentives, a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, company-provided tools, two weeks of PTO, and extensive paid training

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Relevant HVAC licenses and certifications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
