Job summary

Aire Serv of West Orlando is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to service, diagnose, and install residential and light commercial systems across West Orlando.

You’ll work with a supportive team, receive extensive manufacturer training, a branded company van, uniforms, and a boot allowance, with a competitive $25–$35/hour base plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on HVAC experience (residential and/or light commercial).
• EPA Section 608 Certification.
• Completion of formal HVAC training or an accredited apprenticeship program.
• Florida driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Own standard set of HVAC hand tools and meters.

Responsibilities

• Master diagnostics and repair of electrical and refrigerant issues.
• Precision installations of split systems, ductwork, and thermostats.
• Preventative maintenance to maximize system longevity.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a frontline representative of our brand, you will service, diagnose, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems across West Orlando.

• Master Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot complex electrical and refrigerant issues using advanced diagnostic tools (gauges, voltmeters, leak detectors, airflow instruments).
• Precision Installations: Install split systems, package units, ductwork, smart thermostats, and related components with clean, professional craftsmanship.
• Preventative Excellence: Perform thorough maintenance (brazing/soldering, cleaning coils, clearing drain lines, calibrating components) to ensure maximum system longevity.
• Customer Advocacy: Confidently educate homeowners and small business owners on system upgrades, maintenance best practices, and options that enhance comfort and efficiency.
