Job summary

Snell Home Services is seeking an HVAC Service Technician in Sterling, VA to diagnose, repair and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. You will work in clients' homes, troubleshooting issues and performing preventative maintenance, delivering excellent customer service and quality workmanship.

Competitive compensation with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, a base salary plus bonuses, 2 weeks PTO, and robust training to support career growth within the company.

• Relevant licenses and certifications.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

What our HVAC Technicians do?
Our technicians go into clients' homes to help solve their HVAC problems. They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.
