Job summary

Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician in the DFW area to provide reliable, high-quality service. Earn $100K–$175K+ annually with commissions, weekly SPIFFs, and monthly bonuses.

Dispatch from home and a take-home company van support efficient field work. The role offers steady year-round work, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement within a trusted home services company with a long-standing presence in the Dallas–Fort Worth

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification (Required).
• Active Texas TDLR Registration (Required).
• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 5 years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Perform system inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and uphold Berkeys' quality standards.
