A local HVAC company in Omaha is seeking experienced Air Conditioning & Heating Technicians. You will diagnose and troubleshoot residential A/C systems, provide various solutions to customers, and ensure excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in service, a strong sales aptitude, and a valid driver's license. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 annually along with great benefits, including healthcare and retirement plans.

• 2 years experience in troubleshooting A/C systems required.
• Must be able to coordinate with Team Lead on estimates.
• Proven customer service skills and ability to handle objections.

If you have Air Conditioning & Heating technical experience but also enjoy helping customers and have an aptitude for sales, and of course enjoy making a lot of money in the process, then we love to hear from you.

We are looking for energetic Air Conditioning & Heating Technicians who know how to stand out and get the job done. You will be diagnosing and troubleshooting Residential Air Conditioning systems, presenting to the customer different solutions and providing excellent customer service in the process.

What would help you land this opportunity:

• 2 years in Residential Service/Troubleshooting A/C Equipment.
• Ability to coordinate with the Team Lead regarding sold systems, parts, and accurately presenting estimates.
• Ability to deal with customers, explain AC problems, handle objections, and present options.
• Ability to pass a background check and a drug test.
• Valid Driver License and a good driving record.
