You and Us Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair residential and light‑commercial systems in the Bronx and Westchester County.

You will present findings clearly to customers, offer repair or replacement options with integrity, maintain service records and inventory, and participate in after‑hours coverage.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong diagnostic and control-wiring skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Track record of ethical, solution-focused selling.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable with CRM software, tablets, and digital estimating tools.
• Professional, dependable, and highly organized.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, service, and repair furnaces, boilers, central air conditioning units, heat pumps, mini-splits, and hydronic systems.
• Conduct electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and combustion-safety assessments.
• Sell indoor air quality products, thermostats, and Comfort Club memberships.
• Generate qualified equipment replacement and improvement opportunities.
• Complete accurate invoices, service documentation, and photo records.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and service vehicle.

HVAC Service Technician — Summary
