Job summary

RighTime Home Services is hiring for a full-time HVAC service/repair position in Murrieta, CA. You will troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with comprehensive training, tools, and a supportive leadership network.

Expect potential earnings between $75,000 and $150,000 per year depending on performance (DOE). Company offers insurance after 31 days, low-cost medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• 2 years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
