Responsibilities
Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage
Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues
Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations
Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (ServiceTitan)
Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance
