Qualifications

• Past experience as an HVAC service and installation technician (min 3+ years, 5+ years preferred).
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA Certification.
• Experience with chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and installation of residential HVAC systems.
• Test for leaks using pressure gauge or soap solution.
• Test electrical circuits for continuity with test equipment.
• Repair or replace defective equipment or wiring.

• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service and educates customers regarding technical and investment decisions by offering multiple options and solutions while making service calls in customers’ homes
• Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks, using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution
