JNL Climate Control, Inc is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to service residential and light commercial systems around Elgin and greater Chicago.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC service experience.
• HVAC Technical School certificate preferred.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• Service Titan experience preferred but willing to train.

• Service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems (and light commercial).
• Diagnose issues accurately and present solutions professionally.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every visit.
• Follow company standards and safety practices.
• Assist with mentoring and training junior technicians.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with insurable record
• 4+ years of HVAC service experience
• HVAC Technical School certificate (preferred)
• NATE Certification (preferred but not required)
• Service Titan (preferred but willing to train)
• Strong diagnostic skills and customer communication
