Nytech Heating, Cooling and Plumbing in Castle Rock/Denver Metro is hiring skilled HVAC Service Technicians for year‑round work with strong earning potential and excellent benefits. As part of a locally operated home service team, you will service residential HVAC systems, perform inspections and repairs, complete paperwork, and keep customers informed.

EPA certification and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC experience (residential preferred).
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service calls to inspect and repair HVAC systems.
• Perform routine inspections and repairs with accurate paperwork.
• Communicate clearly with customers about work and timelines.
• Keep truck stock and equipment organized for efficiency.

What You Will Do-

• Respond efficiently to residential house calls to service HVAC systems
• Perform routine inspections and repairs of HVAC systems.
• Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Keep the customer informed of what you are doing when you are doing it, and how it will be done.
• Maintain the required equipment and inventory in the truck for maximum efficiency.

Who You Are-

• 3+ years of HVAC experience (residential preferred)
• EPA Certification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Have a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurability requirements
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Ability to perform all physical and mental requirements of the job
