Job summary

Horizon Services is seeking a Licensed HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems across the Longmont/Englewood area in Colorado. You'll perform maintenance, safety inspections, and communicate findings to homeowners.

The role is field-based with most nights at home, requiring a valid Colorado HVAC license and 2+ years of experience. Compensation includes an uncapped pay scale of $100k–$150k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Colorado HVAC license/certification required
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and recommendations.

Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. *This is a field role: the work happens at customer and job sites rather than at a single worksite, and you will be based within driving distance of the job location. Expect day trips to job sites, with most nights at home.
