Pioneer Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical in Chattanooga is seeking seasoned HVAC service technicians who value growth, pay, and a supportive team. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential systems with pride and independence.

We offer guaranteed weekly pay with $70,000–$90,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, a company vehicle and tools, plus training and paid time off. If you’re driven to excel and deliver real service, this is your home.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently, without micromanagement.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Deliver top-tier service and provide recommendations to keep customers comfortable.
• Document your work in ServiceTitan to keep your day running smoothly.
