Pioneer Heating & Cooling is seeking seasoned HVAC service technicians in Tennessee. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential systems, delivering top-tier service and clear recommendations to keep customers comfortable.

You’ll document all work in ServiceTitan and pursue certifications as needed. You’ll operate with independence and pride, joining a team that backs each other and values growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
