Strada Services in Arizona is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain HVAC systems while delivering top‑tier customer service and representing a trusted home services brand.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and ensure safety and code compliance. The role offers competitive pay, commissions, and a sign‑on bonus for qualified technicians.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Trade school certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot single and three‑phase systems.
• Clean driving record (maximum of 3 points in the last 12 months).
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening.

Responsibilities
