Job summary

Elite Heating and Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems. Earn up to $32/hour base pay plus up to $10,000 sign-on bonus and performance-based incentives.

No on-call, flexible scheduling, year-round work, and four 10-hour shifts are available. The company provides over 150 hours of paid training, NATE sponsorship, tuition reimbursement, and a clear path to leadership.
