Job summary

Palmetto Heat & Air LLC is seeking two experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing Field Operations team. This is a hands-on, onsite role servicing residential and light commercial clients.

You will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service and upholding our reputation in the community. We offer $25–$32 per hour, weekly pay, a retirement plan, paid time off, a company vehicle, and uniforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HVAC field experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Honest, dependable, and hard-working.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, climb and work in various environmental conditions.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions and provide accurate solutions.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Operate company vehicle safely and maintain tools and equipment.
• Occasional weekend work and overtime as needed.
