Job Summary

This position performs service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting.

Job Duties

• Service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Determine general condition of HVAC systems, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine extent of necessary repairs
• Always maintain a neat work area and inspect that area for cleanliness after each job
• Convey a safety‑conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Wear floor savers while in clients’ homes
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it is always clean inside and outside

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have 3+ years of successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
• EPA certification
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record
