Job summary

Casteel Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical is seeking an HVAC Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems. You will troubleshoot issues, perform proactive maintenance, and deliver top-notch customer service in customers' homes.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Relevant licenses and certifications.

• Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment.

What our HVAC Technicians do?

Our technicians go into clients' homes to help solve their HVAC problems. They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.

• With our tools, resources and training, our technicians are able to make over $48 per hour
• We offer a very competitive base salary and bonus program that rewards you for your hard work and customer service! Our best technicians make over $100,000.00 per year
• Top candidates could be eligible for a sign on bonus of $12,000!
