Job summary

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to service and repair residential systems in customers' homes. You will use company-provided training and work on a variety of equipment while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

This full-time role offers a four-day work week, no on-call requirement, a 401(k) with company match, PTO and holidays, fully stocked trucks, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC tools and equipment for residential service.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC problems in homes.

Responsibilities

• As part of our HVAC team, provide service and repairs to clients in their homes.

Locally-owned and operated, our team provides homeowners in the Tri-State with 5-star residential home services, all delivered through a proven, customer-focused service system.

As a key part of our HVAC team, you will provide service and repairs to our clients in their homes while utilizing top-notch company-provided training. If you have a great attitude, a strong work ethic, are highly technical, and enjoy helping others solve their HVAC problems,

Rate: $30/hr to $45/hr
Plus commission and bonus
$6,000k Sign on Bonus

Requirements:

• 2-3 years minimum HVAC experience
• Must possess a valid Driver's License with minimal issues
