Job summary

ENFRA in Orlando is seeking an HVAC Service Technician III to install, diagnose, repair, and service HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical systems across commercial environments.

You will perform projects from start to finish, maintain customer communications, travel 0-5% as needed, and uphold BMCC safety procedures. A current HVAC technician license and EPA certification are required, with Level II skills and experience with cooling towers and hydronic systems.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current licensed HVAC technician certification.
• EPA Certification required.
• Experience with cooling tower service, annual maintenance, gearbox replacement and alignment, water cooled chiller maintenance, hydronic system troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inventory and tool procurement for service vehicles.

Overview

The HVAC Service Technician III is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and mechanical components/equipment. Perform Service projects/small jobs from beginning to completion and insure total customer satisfaction throughout.

Responsibilities

• Installation and commission of a wide variety of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Performs maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Establishes and maintain clear communications with customers while both on and off the customer job sites.
• Assists in maintain inventory and tool procurement of individual service vehicle.
• Promotes and performs all aspects of BMCC's safety procedures and policies.

Qualifications

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• Current Licensed Technician (mandatory) or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC systems. Holds EPA Certification.
• Skills of Level II Technician.
• Cooling tower service, annual maintenance, gearbox replacement and alignment, water cooled chiller annual maintenance, hydronic system understanding and troubleshooting.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

• 0-5 % of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.

Physical/Work Environment Requirements

• Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and/or poles.
