Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an HVAC Services Technician II to troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and mechanical components. You will handle service projects from start to finish, ensuring total customer satisfaction and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities include installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment, maintenance of chillers and boilers, and service of energy recovery ventilators and hydronic AHU/FCU systems.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with chillers, boilers, pumps, AHUs and other equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot with mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry competitors and market context.
• Willingness to multitask and perform duties beyond the scope when needed.

Responsibilities

Overview

The HVAC Services Technician II is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and mechanical components/equipment. Performs Service projects/small jobs from beginning to completion and insure total customer satisfaction throughout.

Responsibilities

• Installation and commission of a wide variety of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Performs maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration equipment such as atmospheric boiler, water-cooled chiller.
• Performs energy recovery ventilator service, hydronic AHU & FCU service and repair.
• Establishes and maintain clear communications with customers while both on and off the customer job sites.
• Assists in maintain inventory and tool procurement of individual service vehicle.
• Promotes and performs all aspects of company safety procedures and policies.

Qualifications

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with chillers, boilers, pumps, AHU's and other equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, possessing mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• Current Licensed Technician or 5+ years of experience in service of commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems.
• Holds an EPA Certification.
• OSHA 10 or 30 hour certification.

Travel Requirements

• 0-5 % of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.

Physical/Work Environment Requirements

• Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and/or poles.
• Climbing stairs.
• Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
• Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
• Operating machinery and/or power tools.
• Operating motor vehicles.
• Low indoor temperature.
• High indoor temperature.
• Outdoor elements such as precipitation, heat, cold, and/or wind.
• Noisy environment.
• Medium work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds.

Pay Range

USD $24.28 - USD $32.44 /Hr.
