Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Section 608 certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• 2+ years HVAC service experience.
• Technical or trade school certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform system tune-ups, cleanings, and preventive maintenance.
• Test and inspect HVAC equipment for safety and performance.
• Identify necessary repairs and provide accurate recommendations and estimates to customers.
• Complete installations of replacement parts and equipment as needed.
• Communicate clearly with customers about diagnoses, repair options, and pricing.
• Educate customers on maintenance plans, system efficiency, and energy-saving solutions.
• Document service tickets, work orders, and job details for each call.
• Collect payments and maintain your truck inventory.
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety guidelines.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and your service vehicle in clean, safe working condition.
