Gold Medal Service is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician in Hackensack, NJ. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems, delivering exceptional customer service and problem-solving in clients’ homes.

The role offers no on-call shifts, a base rate up to $35/hour with incentives, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Competitive compensation may exceed $100k with bonuses, plus robust benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Relevant licenses and certifications.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Clean and neat appearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hard-working and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients’ homes to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing of HVAC equipment.
