Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC is seeking an HVAC Service Tech to join our growing facilities team in New York. You will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system tune-ups to ensure safe, efficient operation.

You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults, test systems for compliance with local codes, and verify installation quality. Experience is preferred; HVAC certification is recommended but not required.

HVAC Service Tech

We are looking for an HVAC Service Tech to join our growing team.

HVAC Service Tech Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performing routine inspections and preventative care, such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, and checking refrigerant levels to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing mechanical or electrical faults using specialized tools like multimeters and pressure gauges. Common tasks include repairing compressors, motors, and thermostats.
• System Testing: Calibrating controls and testing newly installed systems to verify they meet local codes and manufacturer specifications.

HVAC Service Tech Qualifications/Requirements:

• HVAC certification recommended not required.
• Experience Preferred

Salary:

Up to $70,000 a year (Based on Experience)
