Pay ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 with performance pay, and earning potential over six figures based on performance. Weekend availability is required, with benefits including insurance, retirement plans, PTO, and a take-home vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential HVAC service experience is required.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
