Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial HVAC sales or related building systems sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to hospitals, schools, manufacturing, industrial parks, property management and retail facilities.
• Cover Central and Northern NJ (North of 1-195) territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships to generate recurring revenue and promote additional services.
