Swan Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking a hands-on HVAC Service Manager to lead the Loveland service department, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role emphasizes coaching, safety, and profitability while growing a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has strong HVAC knowledge, leadership abilities, and a track record of improving service outcomes across scheduling, pricing, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC service experience with 2+ years in supervision
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems (troubleshooting, maintenance, repair)
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• HVAC certifications (EPA, NATE, OSHA)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and inspire a team of HVAC Technicians.
• Provide ongoing training to ensure technical expertise and customer service excellence.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Foster a safe, productive team environment focused on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage service scheduling, technician assignments, and job workflows.
• Ensure all work complies with standards, safety regulations, and local codes.
• Oversee inventory and parts/tools for field operations.
• Support job estimation and pricing to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
• Track department performance including revenue, costs, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage the service department budget.
