About This Role

As an HVAC Service Manager at Kelso Industries, you will work in our service division as an employee of Kelso Building Services. We’re seeking a seasoned HVAC Service Technician with proven leadership experience who’s ready to take on the challenge of being a Service Manager and play a key role in building out our service operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support a team of HVAC service technicians
  • Oversee daily service operations and scheduling
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Assist with project planning, resource allocation, and job costing
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians
  • Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor KPIs and help implement process improvements
What You’ll Bring
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 10+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience in the commercial and/or industrial sectors
  • Experience managing projects and leading small teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • A desire to grow into a leadership role and make a long-term impact
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
