R.J. Kielty Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric, Inc. in Orlando is seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform routine maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC systems, with a focus on safety and customer service.

With 1+ year of HVAC maintenance experience, you will work on duct cleaning, filter changes, coil cleaning, and system inspections. A valid Florida driver’s license and the ability to pass background and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of HVAC maintenance experience.
• Experience performing routine maintenance, including: Duct cleaning, Filter changes, Coil cleaning, System inspections and tune-ups.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (including THC).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
• Complete duct cleaning to improve system efficiency and indoor air quality.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and document maintenance findings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment at all job sites.
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers.
