Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians with installation and maintenance of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Carry and transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Cut and assemble materials (ductwork, pipes) under supervision.
• Clean job sites after work and remove debris.
• Load and unload HVAC materials and equipment from trucks or storage facilities.
• Prepare work areas with ladders, PPE, and required materials.
• Assist with wiring and basic electrical work under supervision.
• Provide general labor support as directed by lead technician or supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
