ENFRA is seeking an HVAC Service Apprentice in the US-FL-Lutz area. The candidate will enroll in a state-accredited apprenticeship program and support mechanics with HVAC, piping and plumbing installations while learning code requirements.

The role emphasizes safety, dependable transportation to sites, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment as part of a legacy of stability and growth in energy infrastructure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate on all levels.
• Must have adequate/reliable transportation to the jobsite daily.
• Able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
• Willingness to enroll in a state / Dept of Labor approved program.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.
• Well versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
