Job summary

Davis Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is hiring an HVAC Service Apprentice in Weymouth, MA. Start your HVAC career with paid, hands-on training and guidance from experienced technicians.

You will assist on residential service calls, learn to diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems, and participate in ongoing technical training while earning a paycheck.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• EPA Certification or a Massachusetts Plumbing Apprentice Card required.
• Desire to build a long-term HVAC career.
• Must be coachable and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC service technicians on residential calls.
• Learn to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on residential equipment.
• Safely use hand and power tools per safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service in customers' homes.
• Complete work orders using company software.
• Participate in ongoing hands-on technical training.
