Apollo Home, part of TurnPoint Services, is hiring HVAC Apprentices to join our team in the Greater Cincinnati area. You’ll participate in a comprehensive on-the-job training path, learning from licensed HVAC technicians and using state-of-the-art tools and diagnostics to build practical skills and progress toward HVAC licensing.

Apollo Home Introduction:

• A+CE Service System- an industry-leading approach to offering customers solutions ranging from repair to replacement
• Service Titan Mobile- an app-based customer solutions program used in the field to present options to clients
• Technician Ride-Along schedule that allows you to build relationships with established technicians, while learning new skills
• Apollo strives for achievement in the HVAC industry, and we provide in-house training and multiple outside sources to guide our apprentices in the direction of obtaining licensing
• Learning and guidance from multiple licensed HVAC technicians on staff

We believe that the training provided through our apprenticeship program is superior in quality and is ‘hands-on’ – allowing you to develop your practical knowledge of the industry more quickly. Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000/yr
