Job summary

Polansky Heating and Air in Waco, TX is hiring a full-time HVAC Service and Installation Tech to join our growing residential and commercial team. You will work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some weekends may be required, and you will be paid on a competitive wage up to $85k per year based on experience.

Qualifications include EPA certification and TDLR registration, 3+ years of experience, leadership experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• EPA certification and TDLR registration required.
• 3+ years of experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining HVAC systems.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Physical ability to work from heights, crawl spaces, carry ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and install residential and commercial HVAC systems to meet client needs.
• Work from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with possible weekend/overtime as needed.
