Ideal candidates have 3+ years in-home HVAC sales, possess strong negotiation and follow-up skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of in-home HVAC sales experience in a high-paced environment.
• Proven ability to close deals, handle objections, and meet sales targets.
• Warm, professional, and a solutions-focused approach to customer service.
• Ambitious, goal-oriented with exceptional follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple leads effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
