Earl’s Plumbing, Heating and Air in San Angelo, TX is hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to service, repair, and install systems and deliver outstanding customer service.

This role requires EPA Universal Certification, valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-growing, supportive environment with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform attic work and lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install and start up residential HVAC systems (change-outs)
