Qualifications

• Experience installing residential HVAC systems.
• OSHA-10 General certification required.
• EPA Type II certification required.
• Clean driving record for the last two years and a valid license.
• Able to pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Install complete residential HVAC systems—equipment, ductwork, and electrical components.
• Remove old equipment and leave the job site clean and professional.
• Follow Nevada Heating's install standards on every job.
• Ensure the homeowner understands how the new system works before departure.
• Keep the truck stocked, tools sharp, and PPE in order.

Our top performers earn between $45K-$100K+ per year. We pay an hourly training rate, then flat rate plus commissions.
