Job summary

Stewart’s Shops is expanding its HVAC/R installation team in Vermont. The Facilities Team supports shops, rental properties, and district staff. A company vehicle, tools, gauges, and uniforms are provided.

Responsibilities include installation and maintenance of walk-in refrigeration and HVAC units, and troubleshooting and repairing self-contained refrigerated equipment. A strong communicator with 5+ years in service is preferred, with travel to job sites required.

Qualifications

• Vermont Type S C3 License is required.
• Refrigerant Recovery Certification required.
• Vermont Natural Gas Installer Certification or ability to acquire within six months.
• EPA Universal Certificate.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in service and installation.
• HVAC system experience.
• Vocational or Tech Training preferred.
• Electric and Plumbing experience preferred.
• Must be organized, a strong communicator, self-motivated.
• Possess strong time management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to travel to job sites - company vehicle provided.
• Monday - Friday / Rotational on call coverage.

Our Facilities Team provides support to our shops, rental properties, and district staff. The right candidate will work well under pressure in a team environment and be solutions focused. A company vehicle, tools, gauges, and uniforms are provided.

• Installation and maintenance of walk-in refrigeration and HVAC units.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair self-contained refrigerated equipment.

Requirements

• Vermont Type S C3 License.
• Refrigerant Recovery Certification required.
• Vermont Natural Gas Installer Certification or ability to acquire within six months.
