Job summary

Nextech is seeking an HVAC/R Technician to deliver reliable service to commercial clients, from troubleshooting to repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.

This role offers a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, seasonal bonuses, a company vehicle with gas card, and the option to start from home with daily dispatch, plus paid training, certification support, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R field technician experience required.
• EPA certification and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends or holidays.
• Journeyman license may be required in some states.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Perform maintenance and emergency service, including after-hours on-call rotations.
• Document service details using company-provided iPads.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools and parts inventory to high standards.
• Communicate with customers and dispatch to ensure schedule and service delivery.
• Identify additional service opportunities and share them with customers.
