Job summary

Eau Resort & Spa Palm Beach is seeking an HVAC Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying repair and replacement needs, installing, maintaining, and upgrading HVAC systems, and supporting other trades on site.

The role requires 5+ years of HVACR experience, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work weekends and evenings to support our Forbes Five Star standard.

Qualifications

• HVACR experience of 5+ years.
• Strong diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, crawling, etc.).
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide HVAC services and identify repair/replacement needs.
• Install, repair, maintain and upgrade HVAC systems and equipment.
• Assist other skilled trades and ensure tools/materials are available at the job site.
