Nextech seeks an experienced HVAC/R Technician to serve commercial clients. You will diagnose and repair systems, perform preventive maintenance, and document service details using iPads.

The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, seasonal bonuses, a company vehicle, and paid training. You will be dispatched from home for daily routes, with opportunities for overtime and advancement.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years recent HVAC/R field technician experience.
• Journeyman license may be required in some states.
• EPA certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans.
• Basic comfort with mobile apps and technology.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Nextech HVAC/R Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality service to commercial clients. From troubleshooting to repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance — you're the expert our customers trust.

Min Compensation

USD $35.00/Hr.

Max Compensation

USD $45.00/Hr.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an HVAC/R field technician
  • May require a Journeyman's License in some states
  • May require state specific licenses
• EPA certification and a valid driver's license
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans
• Basic comfort with mobile apps and technology
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active role. You should be able to:

• Must be able to safely work at heights using ladders up to 28–32 feet and operate equipment within manufacturer weight limits
• Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver tools and equipment, including extension ladders, up to 100 lbs
• Must be able to bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach into confined spaces, and perform twisting, pushing, and pulling tasks
• Must maintain physical stamina and endurance for repetitive tasks and extended activity
• Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and climb ladders throughout the day
• Must use vision, hearing, and verbal communication continuously
• Must operate work-related equipment such as iPads, cell phones, and computers
• Must be able to travel to customer sites as needed
• Required to occasionally work in an office environment
• Required to follow all applicable safety procedures
