Job summary

Pine Tree Food Equipment is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team in Maine. You will diagnose and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance, and support on-call needs with a valid driver's license.

We provide a company vehicle, medical insurance, 401(k), and ongoing training. Applicants must pass background checks and drug screens. CFESA-certified since 2009, with locations in Gray, Brewer, Saco, Maine and Laconia, NH.

Qualifications

• Requires Commercial HVAC/R and refrigeration experience.
• EPA Type II certification minimum.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC/R and refrigeration equipment in client sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and installations.
• Work independently in the field and manage on-call requirements.

• Commercial HVAC/R and refrigeration experience
• EPA Type II certification minimum
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
• Flexibility for on-call shifts and overtime when needed
• Strong organizational skills and work ethic
• Completion of a successful background check and drug screen is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
