Qualifications

• Experience in equipment repairs or service industry experience with kitchen equipment.
• EPA certifications are preferred.
• Ability to lift 75-100 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop a work schedule to minimize impact on restaurant operations.
• Inspect and diagnose standard malfunctions in restaurant equipment.
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on a wide range of equipment.
