Job summary

JC Climate Control Technologies Inc is seeking a skilled HVAC-R Technician to join our Concord, CA team. You will install, maintain, and repair HVAC-R systems in residential and commercial settings, read blueprints, diagnose issues, and ensure safety and code compliance.

We value quality workmanship, strong customer communication, and the ability to work independently in the field. EPA 608 Certification is required, and a valid driver's license with a clean record is expected.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R) systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues across residential and/or commercial equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC-R units to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate service records and document all work performed.
